ヴィンテージ
ここ近年でもっとも乾燥した長い冬から始まったヴィンテージで、春は感じられませんでした。気候変動によりブドウの成熟は非常に遅く、少ない収量の中で良い品質のブドウを得る為に、ワインメーカーの仕事は重要なものとなりました。2013年はややこしい年でしたが、素晴らしいバランスを備えた非常に期待のできるヴィンテージです。
概要
ヴィレッジ・センターの真下の丘の中腹にあり、ジゴンダスの中の歴史的な畑を所有しています。村の西側の谷から流れ込む冷たい空気の恩恵を受けいます。
テロワール
石灰岩、石灰質マール、粘土、砂が混ざった北西向きの畑。
熟成
100％除梗。樽とステンレス・タンクで発酵後、フードルとバリックで熟成。

2013年、ジゴンダスでは困難な収穫となったが、区画の選別と畑での厳 選なブドウの選定の努力が結果的に美しいワインを造り出した。芳醇なレッ ド&ブラック・フルーツの香り、新鮮でパワーのある口当たり、タンニンは ソフトでエレガント、ミネラルを感じる余韻のあるフィニッシュ。\"ヴィエイ ユ・ヴィーニュ\"の区画分はMLFの最中だが、すでに複雑、リッチ、パワー のある味わいと繊細でソフトなタンニンを表現している。
