概要
このワインはグルナッシュ（オランジュの自社畑プレボワがメイン）とより北側のシラー（ヴァンソーブルの自社畑）とムールヴェードルのブレンドです。
テロワール
グラン・プレボワのブドウ畑とそれに隣接する契約畑は、石灰質粘土および砂利質粘土の土壌を持ち、ヴァンソーブル周辺は石英および石灰の泥灰を多く含んでいます。
熟成
選果後除梗し、ステンレスタンクと樽で醸造します。熟成はタンクとフードル（25％）で1年間。
