La Plume de La Vieille Ferme is a true wine, balanced, silky and gourmet, with only 9.5° alcohol. It offers a lighter experience, without any compromise on quality.
Blend
La Plume is born from a blend faithful to the spirit of La Vieille Ferme, with the same geographical origin. However, we focus on:
• vineyards at higher altitudes,
• later-ripening grape varieties,
• and adapted viticultural practices.
This allows us to craft a wine that naturally reaches around 11.5° (compared to 12.5° for La Vieille Ferme). We then carry out a partial dealcoholization through membrane filtration. This gentle technique preserves aromas and texture. After five years of testing, we have deliberately limited dealcoholization to -2°, the optimal threshold to preserve authentic taste, natural balance, and excellent stability.

Tasting
A rosé à with a pale, luminous color, and a delicate nose of fresh red fruits, redcurrant, and wild strawberry, lifted by a floral touch. On the palate, it charms with its crisp freshness, airy lightness, and a slightly saline finish that calls for conviviality.
