博卡斯特古堡一直以来都被认为是法国伟大的佳酿之一。它以其优雅，平衡以及毫无争议的陈年潜力而闻
名于世。地处教皇新堡的北段，风土相当完美，密斯特拉风比较强烈。从上世纪60年代起，我们就已经开
始以有机的方式在这里种植教皇新堡所允许种植的13个葡萄品种。

2013年份的冬天十分漫长且是过去几年最为干燥的一个冬季，春天则显的比较短。这样的气候变化使得
葡萄藤与果实的发展变得很缓慢。因此酿酒师的工作变得十分重要，我们需要在本已不多的产量中筛选出
优质的葡萄。2013年是一个复杂的年份但其平衡度非常完美，这个年份未来值得期待。

地点
教皇新堡产区位于奥朗日与阿维尼翁之间，博卡斯特古堡红的葡萄园种植面积为70公顷。
风土
博卡斯特古堡葡萄园为单一园，种植面积为110公顷，位于教皇新堡产区的北边。此地优秀的风土是教皇
新堡产区最好风土的典型代表，土壤表面为鹅卵石，下面则是沙石，粘土，石灰石构成。博卡斯特古堡葡
萄园内种植着该地区法规允许种植的13个葡萄品种，它们的藤龄都非常老，根系深入土壤深处。我们在五
十多年前开始使用有机方式进行耕种并且延续至今。

均分开并手工采摘。对于比较容易还原的葡萄品种（慕合怀特和西拉），我们使其在橡木桶中完成发酵。
对于比较容易氧化的葡萄品种（例如歌海娜），我们则使其在传统的水泥发酵罐中完成发酵。在苹果酸乳
酸发酵完成之后，我们将不同的品种进行混合调配，然后在大橡木酒桶中陈年一年，之后开始装瓶。

"Solid, with a core of fig and blackberry fruit that fans out steadily from start to finish as lightly singed juniper, tobacco and brick dust notes waft through. Latent acidity holds the finish. Best from 2017 through 2028."
"Looking at the 2013 Châteauneuf du Pape, I was able to taste the individual components, with each showing fantastic depth and richness. The Mourvedre is the star of the show and had blockbuster levels of concentration and depth, with perfectly ripe tannin.
While certainly not a Grenache year, even this variety showed well here, and it’s obvious that the multiple

Broad, sweet and fleshy, offering concentrated blackberry and boysenberry flavors enlivened by juicy acidity and a peppery spice nuance.
