Perrins Vacqueyras ist ein schönes Beispiel für Grenache-Basis-Weine aus dem südlichen Rhône-Tal. Ein beeindruckender aromatischer Ausdruck, strukturierter Körper und eine große Lagerfähigkeit.
Der Jahrgang
2007 ist ein außergewöhnlicher Jahrgang bei Beaucastel. Der Wein ist kraftvoll, fett aber nicht zu schwer, er hat eine natürliche Eleganz und das Terroir von Beaucastel ist bei diesem Jahrgang sehr ausgeprägt. Die Tannine sind reichhaltig, jedoch rund und reif. Ein Beaucastel mit einer langen Lebenserwartung!

Ein 8 Hektar bewirtschafteter Weinberg der durch das Beaucastel Team geführt wird. Angesiedelt in der Kommune von Sarrians, südlich der Dentelles de Montmirail. Alte Reben (Durchschnittsalter 50 Jahre)

Handverlesene Ernte in 25 kg Kisten. Pressung, lange Gärung (1 Monat) in Tanks von 50 Hektolitern und in Foundres (50%). Mischen nach malolaktischen Fermentation.
