私達のラストー・ランデオルは純粋に楽しむためのワインで、素朴で風味豊かな料理全般と合います。6-7年は熟成可能です。
ヴィンテージ
2010年は全てが適切なコンディションで、例外的なヴィンテージとなりました。春の大雨、非常に暑い夏、そして9月のインディアン・サマーが素晴らしい収穫期をもたらしました。非常にバランスが取れたワインに仕上がり、凝縮した果実味と素晴らしいフィネスを備えています。

2ヘクタールの畑は南向きの台地でミストラルによって守られています。
テロワール
古い砂利と砂の台地に鮮新世の粘土
熟成
風によって守られた盆地のため、ブドウは早く熟します。ボーカステルのようにブドウを瞬間加熱した後、ピジャージュなしで長いマセラシオンを施します。90％はステンレスタンク、10％はフードルで熟成。リリース前に6ヶ月間瓶熟。
