ヴィンテージ
2011年はコントラストのヴィンテージです。異常なほど暑く乾燥した春に続き、湿った雨の多い7月上旬、そしてインディアン・サマーが10月末まで続きました。収穫したブドウを注意深く選果、除梗することで偉大なるヴィンテージになりました。特に遅摘みの品種が素晴らしい年です。
概要
ローヌ河の右岸
テロワール
丸い小石の砂利ともろい岩が混ざった堆積土。シャトーヌフ・ド・パプと良く似た粘土石灰質の土壌です。
熟成
ステンレス・タンクで12時間マセラシオンした後、18度で30日間発酵させます。100ヘクトリットルのステンレス・タンクで熟成。ろ過して2月に瓶詰めします。
